The buyer(s) agrees to provide regular medical veterinary check-ups for this dog and supply necessary preventative heartworm and flea and tick medication. In addition, the buyer agrees to supplement the puppy through age 18 months with daily doses of Vitamin C, to promote healthy bone and joint formation. At the recommendation of the veterinarian, the beagle should be neutered or spayed.

This beagle is guaranteed to be in good health with shot and worming record furnished to the buyer. The buyer has three days from date of purchase to have the beagle checked by a veterinarian of their choice.  Epilepsy is uncommon in this line of beagles, but, should this beagle develop epilepsy prior to the age of 3 years, the seller will refund the purchase price or replace the puppy with a puppy of similar quality from the next available litter, after receiving records from a veterinarian confirming the diagnosis.

Should the buyers ever be unable to keep the dog for any reason, the buyer shall contact the seller and offer to return the dog to her at no refund of purchase price before offering or selling the dog to any other individual(s). This confirms that the beagle is intended to be a "forever" companion and is to be returned to the breeder should this not be possible.
